St. Joseph - Sister Hilarion (Hilda) Koetter O.S.B., 73, died suddenly Sunday at Millerville, MN. Funeral services will be 3:30 pm Tuesday at St. Benedict's Convent Chapel. Burial will be in the convent cemetery. Friends may call after 11:30 am today at St. Benedict's Convent.

Sister Hilarion was born July 29, 1903 in Freeport to the late Mr. and Mrs. Mathias Koetter. She entered St. Benedict's community in 1921 and took her perpetual vows in 1927. She served as a teacher on the primary level for 46 years and was a CCD instructor in Millerville for the last 7 years.

Survivors include her brothers, Joseph, Rollingstone, MN; Norbert, Randall; Lawrence, Melrose; Alois, Jerome, Freeport; sisters, Mrs. Clifford (Marie) Dresbach, Peoria, IL; and Monica, Minneapolis.
