Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2007 at St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Avon for Eileen M. Nathe who died Wednesday at the Mother of Mercy Nursing Home in Albany after a courageous battle with cancer. Family and friends may gather starting at 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning at the church in Avon.
Eileen was born in St. Cloud to Melvin and Lorraine (Schirmers) Raden.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Nathe of Avon; daughters, Shanna of Minneapolis and Lacy of St. Cloud; brothers and sisters, LeRoy (MaryLou) Raden of Waite Park, Diane (Terry) Pflipsen of Avon, Gloria (Jerome "Pete") Smith of Crystal, David of Avon, and Lois "Odie" (Steve) Goward of El Cajon, CA; and many nieces and nephews.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Lorraine Raden; sister, Betty; brothers, Ronald, Jeffrey, and Danny; and her beloved dog, Tuggs. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
