Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, St. Cloud for Eleanor Merrill, 80, who died Tuesday at the Melrose Area Hospital. Rev. Timothy Wenzel will officiate. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, St. Cloud. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2007 at Williams Funeral Home, St. Cloud and also after 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning at the church. St. Anthony's parish prayers will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home.
Eleanor was born to the late Peter and Otilia (Burgraff) Jansky in St. Cloud. She married Frank Merrill on November 22, 1962 at St. John's Cantius Catholic Church, St. Cloud. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, St. Cloud.
Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Michele (Marvin) Rohe, Freeport; grandchildren: Krystal Morin and twins, Dustin and Cody Rohe and brother, Sylvester Jansky, St. Cloud; step-sons: Jim, Bob, Ken, Gary, and Marvin Merrill.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband, Frank on January 9, 1969; twin brother, Elmer Jansky and brothers: Peter and Norbert Jansky.
