The San Antonio City Commission signed a resolution earlier this month honoring the memory of Amelia and Edward A. Storch "to record the community's feeling of loss and bereavement upon the passing of such loyal and selfless public servants.
The resolution came after "Millie" Storch died Aug. 21 at 89. Millie was a familiar sight in San Antonio, where she lived since 1917 and still had family living nearby.
She was buried at the (The Tampa Tribune, 1558 words.)
