Memorial services will be at 8 p.m. on Friday. October 16, 2009 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud, for Marion Zita Hallermann, who died on Tuesday at St. Benedicts Senior Community in St. Cloud. Friends and relatives may call from 3-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Reverend Al Stangl will officiate and burial will be at Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery in New Munich, MN.
Marion was born to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Herzog) Hallermann in Melrose, MN. She married Celestine "Sally" Hoppe on October 19, 1955 and he died in 1970. She later married Roland Hauser and the couple later divorced. Marion was a Lab Tech in the Health Care industry and held positions at Melrose Hospital, St. Cloud VAMC and most recently at Bio Resources in St. Cloud. She enjoyed her family, watching TV, doing word puzzles and traveling with friends.
Marion is survived by her children, Deb (Duane) Lemke of Richmond, Joann (Bob) Timp of Freeport, Daryl Hoppe of St. Cloud, Jeron Hoppe of Richmond and Dustin Hauser of St. Cloud; siblings, Donnie, Boni, Virgie, Joe, Jerry and Fritz; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ervie, Henry and Bill.
