Evelyn Mary Revermann, age 84 of St. Cloud and formerly of New Munich passed away at her home on Friday July 8, 2005. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday July 16, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church of Waite Park with Fr. Ralph G. Zimmerman officiating. Interment was in Immaculate Conception Cemetery of New Munich.
Evelyn was born on May 12, 1921, in Elbow Lake, MN to Henry and Mary (Stramer) Becker. On October 12, 1941 she was united in marriage to Lawrence Revermann at St. Patrick's Church of Melrose. The couple made their home in New Munich for 57 years. Evelyn worked as a nurse caring for the elderly for most of her life. Her family was the most important aspect of her life.
Evelyn is survived by two daughters Audrey Thull, Karla (Neal) Thompson; granddaughters Korina (David) Thull-Rolfzen, Stephanie (Murray) Butler; five great grandchildren Ariel, Ashley and Abraham Thull-Rolfzen, Noah and Emma Butler; sister Mary Becker; sisters in law Irene Becker, Clarabelle Becker, Dorien Revermann; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence; parents Henry and Mary Becker; son in law Marvin Thull; brothers Carl, Clarence, Anton, Olaf, Leo, Edward, and Henry Becker; sisters Rose Anderson, Bertha Shervheim, and Violet Revermann.
