Klassen, 90, 520 First St. NE, who died Thursday at Country Manor Nursing Home.Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, St. Cloud.Friends may call an hour before services Monday at the nursing home chapel in Sartell.Arrangements were made by Williams Funeral Home, St. Cloud.
Joseph Klassen was born in Freeport to Casper and Anna (Notch) Klassen. He married Frances T. Pallansch on May 14, 1960, at St. Paul's Catholic Church, St. Cloud. He farmed in the Freeport area, and was employed by Charlie's Cafe in Freeport, Jennie-O-Foods, Melrose, and Copper Lantern, St. Cloud. He had been a resident of Country Manor Nursing Home for the past 10 years.
He is survived by his wife. He was preceded in death by sisters and brother, Barbara Pick, Mary Rueckert and John.
