Funeral Services will be 10:15 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2002 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waite Park for Mary F. Maus, age 83, of McKenna, WA and formerly of Waite Park who died Sunday in McKenna, WA. Reverend Ronald Weyrens will officiate. Burial will take place in Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish Prayers will take place at 7 p.m. Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud made the arrangements.
Mary was born February 19, 1919 in Golva, ND to Christ and Anna (Hilsgen) Kremers. She married Carl J. Maus on October 30, 1941 at St. Wendelin's Catholic Church in Luxemburg. The couple farmed in St. Nicholas for 30 years until they moved to Waite Park in 1981. She moved to Roy, WA in 1994.
Surviving Mary are her children, Marilyn of Roy, WA, Judy (Robert) Ramberg of Seattle, WA and Thomas (Kathy) of Cloquet, MN; her three grandchildren, Lisa Foster, Randall Maus and Bryan Maus; her two great grandchildren, Brynnda and Harlan Foster; her brothers, Orlyn Kremers of St. Cloud and Dan Kremers of Luxemburg, and her sisters, Leona Zimmerman of St. Cloud, Olivia Henkel of St. Cloud and Bernice Voigt of St. Augusta.
Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband and her sister Augusta Mills.
