Harrison B. Nathe, 80, of Cardinal Oaks Court, Lake Mary, Fl., died Saturday, July 26, 2003.
Harrison was born Nov. 27, 1922, in Winona, to Julius M. and Elsie Malzahn Nathe and moved to Central Florida in 1971. He was an executive in the printing industry, a member of Catholic Church of the Nativity, the Elks Lodge, American Legion, VFW and Knights of Columbus.
Harrison is survived by his wife, Beverly Vater Nathe, Lake Mary, Fl., and Homer, Minn.; a daughter, Marilyn (Leo) Smith, Fountain City, Wis.; a son, Frank (Celia) Nathe, Stanford, Fl.; seven grandchildren, Leo Smith IV, Brooklyn, NY, Jessica Smith, Winona, Zara Smith, Savannah, Ga., Abigail Smith, Duluth, Minn., Brandon Nathe, Tampa, Fl., Kellan Nathe, Tallahassee, Fl., Taylor Nathe, Longwood, Fl.; and five nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert Nathe. A funeral Mass was offered July 29, 2003, at the Catholic Church of the Nativity, Longwood, Fl. Pall bearers were Leo Smith IV, Brandon Nathe, Steve Nathe, and Paul St.Claire-Legge. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Sanford, Fl., was in charge of arrangements. Harry will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. He will be remembered for his words of wisdom and his wonderful stories.
