Services will be 6:30 PM, Saturday, December 11, 2004 at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home Chapel in St. Cloud for Carol Wolbeck, age 43 of St. Cloud who died Thursday at the St. Cloud Hospital after a short battle with cancer. There will be a gathering time after 4:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home on Saturday.
Carol was born April 28, 1961 in St. Cloud to Melvin and Gail (Levandowski) Wolbeck. She attended Apollo High School in St. Cloud. After High School, Carol met John Sunder, and they were soon engaged. Carol and John have been together for more than 20 years. Recently, Carol started working as a cook at the Short Stop Restaurant in St. Cloud.
Carol is survived by John Sunder, St. Cloud; their son, Joshua Sunder, at home; her mother, Gail Wolbeck, Sauk Rapids. She is also survived by her sisters, Karen Wolbeck, St. Cloud; Barb (Dan) Fiereck, St. Joseph; Sandy (Gary) Mead, Morris; Diane Wolbeck, Long Prairie, Ruth (Regean) Baxter, Little Falls; and Mary (Jeff) Barthel, Albany, many nieces and nephews and John's daughters, Sheila Schuller, Lisa Palm, Kim Sunder, Tara Sunder, and Jennifer Sunder, and five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father in 1985, and her grandparents, Antone and Appolonia Wolbeck and William and Agnes Levandowski
