JONES, VIRGIL F. SR., 61, of San Antonio, died Wednesday (May 5, 1993) at home. He was a lifelong resident of San Antonio and a house painter. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4283, Dade City, the King Lake Fishing Club, and a Catholic.
Survivors include five sons, Virgil F. Jr., Lakeland, Robert J., Jacksonville, Thomas E., Donald W., and Mark A., all of San Antonio; two sisters, Eloise Antink, Zephyrhills, and Mary May, San Antonio; five brothers, Jesse A. and William B. Jones, Zephyrhills, John D., Jack E., and J. Ralph, all of San Antonio; a companion, Sybil Revette, Brandon; and two grandsons. Colemam and Ferguson Funeral Home, Dade City.
