Erma Wilhelm, age 92 of Roseville, died March 10, 2009, at the home of her daughter, Joyce (Paul) Ossmann in Burnsville. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 a.m., Friday, March 13, at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church in St. Paul. Entombment was in Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
Erma Wilhelm was born on Jan. 29, 1917, in Melrose Township, Stearns County, to Joseph and Mary (Reller) Beuning. She was united in marriage to Alphonse Wilhelm on May 21, 1942, at St. Rose of Lima Church in St. Rosa.
Survivors include her husband, Alphonse; children, Joyce (Paul) Ossmann, Joan (Jerry) Kasa, Jim (Denise) Wilhelm, Karen (Tom) Tolbers, Margie (Ken) Zimitsch; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Ray (Arlene) Beuning of Tacoma, Wash.; sister-in-law, Catherine Beuning of Sauk Centre and Esther Beuning of Melrose.
Erma was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Robert Schaut; and brothers, Ralph and Al Beuning.
