Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church in Rockville, MN for Cyril "Toby" Kraemer, age 79, who died Friday at the St. Cloud Hospital. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Relatives and friends may call after 4:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Wenner Funeral Home in Cold Spring. Parish prayers will be at 6:30 p.m. and the Cold Spring American Legion will pray a rosary at 7:00 p.m.
Toby was born in St. Nicholas, MN to Adam and Mary (Stein) Kraemer. He married Mary Kay Schwieters on September 1, 1962 in Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church, Rockville, MN. Toby served in the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He was a member of Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish and the Cold Spring American Legion.
Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Mary Kay; children, Chuck (Julie) of St. Cloud, Wendy (Steve) Fuchs of Richmond, Julie (Marty) Welle of Richmond and Sue Kraemer of Sartell; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; 16 brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Mary Kraemer and step-mother, Magdalena Kraemer and three siblings.
