Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2010 at St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Lake Henry for LeRoy Frieler who died Wednesday, January 20 at St. Michael's Hospital in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Lake Henry American Legion Post 612. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Lake Henry. Parish prayers will be held at 6:30 p.m. followed by Lake Henry American Legion prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Friday evening at the church in Lake Henry.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Frieler of Sauk Centre; children, Tammy (Joe) Squires of Woodbury, Kurt Frieler of Lake Henry, Tracey (Rob) Thielen of Sauk Centre, Kelly (John) Coulter of Eden Valley, and Mike (Brandi) Frieler of Sauk Centre; 6 grandchildren, Kayla Coulter, Joey Squires, Devin Thielen, Samantha Coulter, Leah Thielen, Johnathan Coulter, and Natalie Rose Frieler due in May; brothers and sisters, Jerry (Jane) Frieler, Richard (Gerri) Frieler, Andy Frieler, Joyce (Roger) Welle, Lois (Ken) Schaefer, Mary (Jim) Schaefer, Joe (Wanda) Frieler, Allen (Tammy) Frieler, and Chuck (Bonnie) Frieler; mother, Beata Frieler of Melrose; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
LeRoy was preceded in death by his father, Paul Frieler; and brother, Mike Frieler.
