TORONTO-Velma B. "Betty" Youmans, age 86 of Toronto, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at the Trinity Medical Center West Steubenville.

Born July 16, 1925 in Toronto, she is a daughter of the late Charles and Wilda (Vance) Andrews. Betty is a 1943 Graduate of Toronto High School, and is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto. She is retired from the Stardust Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sons, Larry and Terry Youmans; a granddaughter Belinda Youmans, and her husband Harry Youmans.

Betty's survivors include, a daughter Mrs. Mary E. McDaniel of Toronto; a son Harry A. Youmans of Toronto; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, a brother Harry Andrews and his wife Joey of Toronto; three sisters, Mrs. Charlene Beatty of Toronto, Mrs. Peg McCartney of Toronto, and Mrs. Nina Kavanaugh of Toronto; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, March 19, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home 302 Main St. Toronto, Ohio 43964 740-537-1234/ 800-588-1446

A celebration service of Betty's life will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church 520 Main St. Toronto, Ohio 43964 with Reverend Kevin Rinkes officiating. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Union Cemetery.
