N boundary to required amount of land. Direct son James R. and my daughter Mary Dixon to pay Ed $400 from their shares. To daughter Mary Dixon 591/2 acres SW corner. To grandchildren, children of daughter Minnie Holt, Gladys Holt, William Holt, Nannie Holt and Berrell Holt, held by son James R. and daughter Mary Dixon in trust for them. 591/2 acres. Direct Son J. R. & daughter Mary Dixon to pay $300 to these heirs. appoints son James R. and mary Dixon trustees for the Holt children and Ed Wallis.
