To wife Eliza, all, if she survives me, otherwise to son Ed 591/2 acres, own house now stands S & E land lot lines to be S and E boundaries, W line to be settlement running from McDonough and Fayetteville Road to Dixon Bridge and Hebron Road. N boundary to required amount of land. Direct son James R. and my daughter Mary Dixon to pay Ed $400 from their shares. To daughter Mary Dixon 591/2 acres SW corner. To grandchildren, children of daughter Minnie Holt, Gladys Holt, William Holt, Nannie Holt and Berrell Holt, held by son James R. and daughter Mary Dixon in trust for them. 591/2 acres. Direct Son J. R. & daughter Mary Dixon to pay $300 to these heirs. appoints son James R. and mary Dixon trustees for the Holt children and Ed Wallis. Gives to son James R. remaining lands in NE corner of lot. 291/2 acres and 30 acres. The above will is made on the basis of 206 acre lot and 32 acres off lot we now live. any and all other prospective property held, divided as above.
