In Meyers, Quaker Arrivals at Philadelphia (a compilation of Certificates of Removal at the Phila. MM), there is listed "John Buzby, weaver, of Milton, in the Parish of Shipton, 'and belonging to the meeting at Milton.'" Don't know whether this is the same one or not. Frenchbook, p. 175, says John was "the English immigrant who located in Philadelphia at about the time of Penn's arrival...," so it would appear likely.
