Summary: In pursuance of a decree of the Court of Chancery of theState of New Jersey, bearing date in the Eleventh day of May, 1866, ina cause wherein Charles M. Riley is complainant, and James Riley andothers are defendants, will be sold at public vendue, on SATURDAY, theTwenty-first day of July next, between the hours of 12 and 5 o'clock,(at 2 o'clock) in the afternoon of said day, at the Hotel of C. MorganLippincott, in Mount Holly, county of Burlington, and State aforesaid,the following REAL ESTATE, MANSION HOUSE, TOWN LOTS, &C., late theproperty of William Riley, dec'd., situate in the township of Beverly,in the County and State aforesaid, viz: No. 1. A lot of Wood Land,lying in the junction of the Delranco and Coopertown road and theBeverly and Mount Holly turnpike road, and adjoining lands late ofRebecca Deacon and R. F. Wilmerton, the latter of whom conveyed thesame, with other land, to the said William Riley, dec'd., by deeddated March 25, 1846, recorded in Book Q. 5 of deeds, page 17, &c. No.2. Lots numbered 102, 103 and 104, on Wilmerton's plan or map of lotsin Del Ranco, in the township aforesaid lying on the east side of Ashstreet, being together 75 by 100 feet, with the Mansion thereon. No.3. Also, Lot numbered 114 on the map aforesaid, in Del Ranco, on thesouth-west corner of Vine and Poplar sts., being 50 by 125 feet. No.4. Also, Lots numbered 87, 88, 89 and 90 on the map aforesaid, in DelRanco, lying on the south west corner of Vine and Ash streets, lyingadjoining and together, being 100 feet square. All the above lots inDel Ranco will be sold subject to the limitations and extinctions withregard to streets, sidewalks and buildings, as laid down on the mapaforesaid, and particularly mentioned in the deeds conveying the sameto the said William Riley, dec'd.
