In respect of the second child shown on the census as Eliza aged 5 born in Tipton.
Tipton is midway between West Bromwich and Dudley.
BMD Database reveals two possible matches, both children would have been 5 years of age on the date of the census.
(1) Registered Sep 1855 in Dudley, Staffordshire. BMD register shows full name is Eliza.
(2) Registered June 1855 in West Bromwich, Staffordshire. BMD register shows full name Elizabeth.
The most likely match is the name Eliza registered in Dudley as it is unlikely the parents would name both children exactly the same and so I have attached the birth register for that child to this record.
