Charles Stewart Shaw
(11 Nov 1890 - )
I found your tree in Ancestry. My grandfather was Charles Stewart Shaw 18 90-1968. He emigrated to Australia with wife Jessie Mcdonald and childre n Charles, Frank and my mother, Elizabeth in 1926/27. His brother Rober t Paterson Shaw was already here. I have no knowledge of the rest of tha t generation (or earlier). My mother said we had the right to wear the St ewart tartan, and her brother and father retained Stewart as their name . Through genetic I believe I have found the grandchildren of John Shaw 1 887-1946 as we identified as second cousins. If you think this sounds rig ht I can give you information on descendants of Charles and Robert.
I would be grateful if you have any further information.
Sincerely Lynette Campbell
