Hi John My wife Gill has passed this one to me as it is my side of the t ree.
I have compared trees and we certainly seem to have the same Ann Smart. T he only difference is that I have different dates for her sisters Clement ina and Margaret.
Unfortunately I do not have any more details on Ann however I have an int erest in two of Ann's sisters:
Clementina married a William Young and had one daughter named Wilson (act ually baptised Wilson Angus Young).
Helen married a John Gemmell. They had several children including a son n amed John.
This is where it gets interesting! Wilson and John had an illegitimate ch ild called Margaret. Margaret's daughter Clementina is my Mother's patern al grandmother.
