Frank passed away surrounded by family. Bill Hogan along with his wife Sh eryl and two of their children Mellissa & Brendan, Marguerite Hogan and P aul Steen. Dad found out just over a year ago that he was a time bomb, h e came to terms with that before he told us, just over two weeks ago he c alled each of us and had a very lenghty chat he spoke about our familie s and his 5 grand children who he adored. His passing is an end of an era .
