F ather's name in doubt: death certificate says he was Thomas Hall (tailor ) but 1861 census states he was John Hall, owner of a Temperance Hotel. L atter more likely as marriage between John Hall and Jane Buckle recorde d in 1844. Buried in Oxbridge Lane Cemetery, Stockton, on 28/4/1934.
