Susan Buchanan was born 12th Feb 1843 in Prestonpans. She married John Ho wden on 27th June 1871 in Prestonpans. Susan died on 22nd June 1919 a t 1 Pypers Wynd in Prestonpans. You were asking about Susan's husband. Jo hn Howden was born about 1847 in Prestonpans and I haven't been able to f ind a death certificate for him. His occupation was a fisherman in 1871 a nd by 1919, his occupation was a coalminer
