Gerald (Sonny) Nunn JULY 18, 1935-JULY 3, 2005 LITTLE BRAS D'OR - Sonny passed away peacefully at Northside General Hospital where he resided f or a little over two years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Marie; three sons, Patrick (Virgina), Ernie (Renee), Stanley (Connie) and one daughter, Doris (Sheldon); also he will be missed by his grandchildren, Tara, Corey, Molly, Jerry, Brandon, Malory, Ryan and Kaitlyn and one great-grandson, Daimian. He is also survived by one sister, Sadie (Garfield). He was predeceased by his birth mother, Doris Glowgowski, his father and mother, Ernie and Marcella Nunn. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tias Solas Comfort Fund, Northside General Hospital. Visitation will take place at Francis Funeral Home in Sydney Mines, Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will take place Thursday at 11 a .m. in St. Joseph Church, Bras d'Or. Burial to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery. There will be hospitality afterward in the Florence Legion, everyone welcome. "You will be in our hearts, forever and always"
