Obituary of Consuelo 'Connie' McCarter
Consuelo "Connie" Yvonne (Robbin) McCarter, 76, of Evansville, Ind., died at 10:30 a.m., Friday, February 6, 2004, at St. Mary's Medical Center.
Mrs. McCarter was a loving wife and mother. Connie enjoyed University of Evansville and University of Kentucky basketball, traveling and many great friendships. She was of the Methodist faith.
The family would like to thank her physicians and the staff of St. Mary's Medical Center for the loving care of their mother.
She is survived by three daughters, Allison McCarter of Evansville, Shannon McCarter of Evansville and Colleen Cummins of Fort Wayne, Ind.; one son, Kerrick and his wife, Wanda McCarter of Evansville; and five grandchildren, Ian McCarter, Jillian McCarter, Kellyn McCarter, Joshua Cummins and Donovan Cummins Jr.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward McCarter, on May 7, 1984.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 10, 2004, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, 5330 Washington Avenue, with Reverend David Schwambach officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2004, at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or The Pride of Bosse High School Marching Band.
