Lottie Inez Wolfe

Lottie Shannon Heeger, 91, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed from this life on Friday, March 2, 2012, at Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro.
Born on August 29, 1920, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Nathan Rheul and Daisy (Grantham) Wolfe. Her husband, Edwin Louis Heeger, preceded her in death.
Along with her husband, Lottie owned and operated for over 44 years various beauty shops in the areas of Bethesda, Gaithersburg and Wolfsville, Maryland.
She is survived by two daughters, Nancy F. Scott of Hudson, Florida, and Linda S. Kehl of Boonsboro; six grandchildren, Brandon Kellerman and Shannon Kellerman of Boonsboro, Martye Haugstad of Oregon, Micki Eubanks of Texas, Michael Huntt of Laytonsville, Maryland, and January DeLeon of Florida; and two nephews, Melvin and Craig Wolfe of North Carolina. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Lottie was preceded in death by a son, Edwin L. "Happy" Heeger, Jr., and her brother, Nathan F. Wolfe.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012, at Parklawn Memorial Park, 12800 Veirs Mill Road in Rockville, Maryland. Rev. R. Thomas Fralin, Jr. will officiate.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland, 21742.
