Eleazer COLE

(Abt 1703 - Aft 1754)

Josiah Paine, Town Clerk and historian of Harwich suggested that Eleazer Cole was the son of William Cole and Hannah Snow which would make Eleazer and his wife Joanna King first cousins. Note that Eleazer and Joanna named a daughter Hannah.

Eleazer appeared on tax lists of Southern District, Dutchess County, New York from February 1742 to June 1763. He was listed as a tenant on lot 8, Phillipse Patent, Dutchess (later Ptunam) County New York in 1754.
