Thomas Judd

(1608 - November 12, 1688)

Thomas Judd was born in England he sailed, probably with his mom, a widow to Massachusetts in 1634. He was made a freeman in Cambridge, married Elizabeth, they had children and Thomas owned lots of land. they relocated to Farmington, Connecticut. He was a Deacon in the church, a deputy and held other commissions. His first wife died in 1678, he married again, a widow, Clemence, they had no children.

The origin of Thomas Judd is unknown.

Thomas's first marriage doesn;t have a source, date is an estimate, probably in England. Elizabeth was the mother of all the Judd children.

Thomas's headstone has death date and about a paragraph of tiny -unreadable- inscribed words. Dea. Thomas Judd died Nov 12 1688.
