Thomas Bulkeley was born in abut 1515. He married Elizabeth Grosvenor. His will of 1591 shows faily relationships and Thomas's burial wishes at St. Mary Church, Buntingsdale Chapel. "I will that an alabaster stone be provided to be uppon me and my wief to be written upon as followeth "Here is buryed Thomas Bulkeley and Elizabeth his weif sonne & heire of William Bulkeley late of Woer and of Beatrice his weif daughter of William Hill some tyme Lord of Buntingsdale Blore and Longestowe which Thomas departed this world, etc."

He leaves burial wishes for he and Elizabeth, "I will that an alabaster stone be provided to be uppon me and my wief 'Here is buryed Thomas Bulkeley and Elizabeth his weif sonne & heire of William Bulkeley late of Woer and of Beatrice".

Burial

Thomas and Elizabeth are buried in Buntingdale Chapel in Saint Mary Church, Market Drayton, Shropshire, England. They have an effigy, a statue in their image. Photos are at Find a Grave memorial. Thomas writes his burial wishes in his will. "I will that an alabaster stone be provided to be uppon me and my wief 'Here is buryed Thomas Bulkeley and Elizabeth his weif sonne & heire of William Bulkeley late of Woer and of Beatrice".
