Maria Rodenbeck was born May 10, 1837 in Leezdorf, Aurich, Lower Saxony, Germany. In about 1860 she married Heinrich Henrichs and they left for America in 1885, both were about 40 years old. Maria lived to age 88 and she is buried in Butler Center Cemetery
