Gershom's brother, Richard who was single, no chicldren, wrote his will 14 February, 1725 naming Gershom as executor and heir. Gershom died 2 years before Richard died so Gershom's son in law Richard Risley becomes executor and heir with Hannah Smith his wife, daughter of Gershom.Endnotes
