Early Families of Herkimer County says: "In 1723 he had Burnetsfield lot #15 south of the Mohawk River. In 1793 he and Jacob N. Weaver both owned land in Cosby Manor lot #11 in Schuyler, N.Y. His will dated 20 May 1793 lists children as Nicholas (eldest), George, Frederick, John, Peter (whose dau Elisabeth was to get a lamb), Appolonia (wife of John Frank) & Margaret (wife of George Jac. N. Weaver); executors were Johannes George Weaver & Frederick G. Weaver. Referred to as Jacob Weber "late" of Schuylertown in a 4 Sep 1793 bond between John Weber (pr his son) and Jacob N. Weber."
