Mary Carrigan, John Carrigan, James Carrigan, Adam Carrigan and Lydia King, only sons and daughters of Mark Carrigan and Sarah Carrigan, widow of said Mark, of Brown County, Ohio, made a final payment of $38.37 1/2 for the purchase of 100 acres of land which Mark Carrigan had contracted to buy at ten shillings per acre. The contract was modified to a price of $1.66 2/3 per acre, making a total sale price of $166.67. Land was located in Thomas Perkins survey.Census
