From the Garland Genealogy: "PETER GARLAND, Son of Peter I., married about 1650, Joan ; residence, Boston. He lived in Boston I654, and was a
member of the Dover, N. H., Combination established Oct. 20, 1640. Peter Garland owned a house and lot in Hampton, N. H., in 1666. Very little further is known of him.
