The last name was spelled Helling. Father's name is listed as Heinrich and mother as Anna Stevens. Obviously, who ever registered the births did so quite a long time after the actual birth and knew both Abby Stevens and Anna Stevens and mixed up the sisters.

Marriage certificate is at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Volume 3, page 50. Witnesses were Alfred Chamberlain and Nellie Haling. They were married by M. G. Hoffman in a civil ceremony. Her mother's name was listed as Abbie Sebens.
