This indenture witnesseth that Washington M Crawford and Mary Crawford
his wife of Warren County in the State of Indiana Convey and Warrant
to James H Crawford in Warren County in the State of Indiana for the
sum of twenty four hundred dollars the following real estate in
Warren County in the State of Indiana to wit: The West half of the North
west quarter of Section twenty four (24) in township two (22) North of Range ten
(10) West containing eighty (80) acres more or less.
In witness whereof the said Washington M Crawford and Mary
Crawford his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 18 day of
Jany 1868
