Annuity of £75 to 2, should she survive 1, out of which she will support any children of the marriage until they come of age. If 2 remarries, the annuity is reduced to £40. 2 to have use of household furniture until her death or until she remarries, when the furniture will pass to any surviving children of 1 and 2, and 2 will get £50. £1500 to any children of 1 and 2, or if only one child survives, £1000.

The Last Will and Testament of Robert Sibbald of Wenallt.(St David's 1854. SD/1857/27 W)
The will was made on the 18th of June 1856 by Robert Sibbald of Wenallt, Gentleman.
He gives to his son-in-law Daniel Evans and his friends John Miller the younger of Morfamawr, Esquire and Joseph Downie, Banker of Aberystwyth £1200.00 (£51,792.00in 2009) to lay out in their own names or the names of their survivors to his daughter Grace Gardner Nicol for her sole use. He charges them to pay out to his daughter Grace Gardner Nicol all dividends and interest of the above money. This for her sole use during her life time, free from the control of her present or future husband. Following the death of his daughter the legacy goes to her child or children. If boys, when they reach twenty-one and if girls, when they reach twenty-one or when they marry. The monies to be divided equally between them.
If his daughter Grace Gardner Nicol dies leaving no child or husband or she dies in testate, the legacy should go to Daniel Evans, John Miller and Joseph Downie, and their heirs.
He gives the freehold farm and lands of Pentrebwlen in the parish of Llanddewi Brefi to his grand-daughter Rosina Preston Evans and her heirs. If she dies and there be no heirs then Pentrebwlen goes to his daughter Margaret Evans. After her death it goes to his daughter Grace Gardner Nicol and her heirs.
He gives all his silver plate and other silver articles to his grand-daughter Rosina Preston Evans.
He gives to his nephew John Sibbald of Dolyrychain, Farmer, the freehold of Wenallt and Tynyberth farms and all the household furniture, farming stock and crops, farming implements, cattle, horses and all goods and chattels from these farms. This bequest does not include the sheep, ewes or lambs from the sheepwalks of Tannoyadd and Gyniedd which may at the time of his death be on the land of Wenallt or Tynyberth.
He specifies that the remainder of his personal estate should go to his daughter Margaret Evans.
He nominates Daniel Evans, John Miller and Joseph Downie to be the executors of his will. He gives the trustees full power to nominate a new trustee if one or more of them dies, becomes incapacitated or bankrupt.
Robert Sibbald signed the will on the 18th of June 1856.
Robert Sibbald died on the 13th of July 1856.
The goods were valued on the 19th of January 1857 at £4,000.00 (£406,760.00 in 2009) at Aberystwyth for the Consistory Court of Saint David's, Carmarthen.
