They were married by The Reverend M Evans, pastor of Bwlchygwynt. The bride was given away by her brother David Lloyd of Bwlchgwynt. The bestman was Mr D Rowlands of Cardiff. The bridesmaids were Miss Nancy Morgan of the Talbot Hotel and Miss Nellie Lloyd of Penybont. The organist was Miss Jennie Jones ALCM.
