The will was unadministered by his widow Caroline Georgina Catherine, Caroline Aylife Harriot Dalton Prytherch and Frances Sarah Dalton Prytherch, spinsters and daughters. Probate was granted to Edward Lloyd Prytherch Jenkins of Egton Vicarage, Grosmont, Yorkshire, gentleman. Former Grant of Prerogative Court of Canterbury January 1855.
