To his eldest daughter Mary he gives the tenaments and lands in the parish of Llanarth known as Argoed y Gofiant, Llwyncelin and Rosemount.
To his daughter Elizabeth he gives the tenements and lands in the parish of Llanarth known as Plas and Cefnybedw and the lease of Penywern.
To his daughter Anne he gives the tenements and lands in the parish of Llanarth known as Penneduon, Vron (Fron), Pantyrafon (?) and Tynyrhos. He gives all his personal property to his three daughters to share and share alike.
He names his three daughters as his executrix.
