He gives all his properties in the parish of Gwyddelwern (recently purchased frm Mr Humffreys) to his son Owen Owens of Boteulog (sic) and Ellis Jones of Wern Ddu in the parish of Gwyddelwern, farmer. He instructs that after he dies the properties should be sold. To his daughter Jennett he gives £100. To his daughter Barbara he gives £100. To his daughter Elizabeth he gives £100. To the children of his son Owen he gives £100 to share. To his grandaughter Jennet Beans (sic - ? Baines) he gives £20.
