Notes
Death
East Longmeadow , MA — Lorraine Faye Cadran passed away August 22, 2021 while residing at The Reserve in East Longmeadow, MA. "Lori" was born to Ruth and Henry Cotton of Greenfield, MA on June 21, 1932, and is the last of their seven children. She was married to Edmond J. Cadran (1923-1984) of Montague, and is survived by four children; Sunda G. M. Grubb of Greenfield, Uri Ayn Rovner of Aurora, CO, Allan Brian Cadran of Leverett, and Susan Ann McCabe of Shelburne Falls. Lori enjoyed much of the past 30 years residing in St. Peterspurg, Fl. before recently moving back to Massachusetts.
Among many enjoyments in life she was; a baton twirling instructor, Turners Falls H. S. Food Preparation worker, knitter, pottery maker, cook, card and bingo player par excellence, and mom. She was not able to complete a pipe dream of opening a blintzes walk-up window shop on Revere Beach, but pretty much took care of the rest!
Lori found much delight in her 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren of Massachusetts and California. A virtual Shiva service with family and friends attending, was held in her honor on September 2nd officiated by Rabbi Morris of Temple Micah in Denver, CO. The gift of donations to local animal shelters in her honor is suggested by her children. May her memory be for a blessing.
