18 Oct 1906, Baltimore, Maryland - Charged with Fraud - Brothers Max a nd Louis Feldstein [sic] a r raigned in Essex Market Court for obtaining m erchandise on credit and t r ying to auction it off in New York.
19 Oct 1906, Baltimore, Maryland - P r osecution: Baltimore Credit Men's A ssociation met to prosecute Max an d L ouis but charges were dismissed by N ew York, but the brothers were r e -arrested by a U.S. Deputy Marshal fro m Newport News, VA.
25 Oct 190 6 , Newport News, VA - Awaits Bail Bondsman - Details of artic le indica t es that "Felstein, his wife and his mother-in-law all appeare d in cou r t". The judge ruled that he was unwilling to accept only the m other- i n-law as surety.
