Born Dec. 1 0, 1 9 59, in Olney, Md., she was the daughter of Virginia Johnston Rutle dge o f M artinsburg and the late Herman Rutledge. In addition to her mot her, s h e is survived by her husband, Austin Earl Ankers; two stepsons, D onal d A nkers and Mark Ankers, both of Bristol, Tenn.; three sisters, Ea rle ne G arnitz, Debbie Rutledge and Juanita Carter, all of Martinsburg; t w o b rothers, Larry Rutledge of Glengary, W.Va., and Rex Rutledge of She p h erdstown, W.Va.; one stepgrandson; nieces; and nephews. Services will b e M o nday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. Pastor Gil Loc kw o od will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
