The following obit appeared in the August 17, 1973, Cleveland Press:"Abraham Adelstein, dearly beloved husband of Blanche, devoted father of Mrs. Joyce Gilmore and Mrs. Barbara Alex of Cincinnati O., beloved brother of Mrs. Leah Klano, grandfather. Services 3 P.M., Friday, Aug. 17, at The Berkowitz Kumin Inc. Memorial Chapel, 1985 South Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence, 2839 Fenwick Rd., University Heights."

A second obit appeared in the August 24, 1973, Cleveland Jewish News."ABRAHAM L. ADELSTEiN, honorary chairman of the board of Telsh Yeshiva and honorary life member of the Hebrew Academy Board of Trustees, died
on Aug. 16- A practicing Cleveland attorney for 43 years, Mr. Adelstein was born in London, England, and came here as a young child. He was a board
member of the Bureau of Jewish Education, chairman of the cemetery committee of the Jewish Community Federation and a past president of the
Cleveland Hebrew Benevolent Association. Mr. Adelstein, a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and other local bar associations, served as legal
counsel for many Jewish organizations. His home was at 2539 Fenwick Rd.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche; two daughters, Mrs. Alvin Gilmore and Mrs. David Alex; two grandchildren and a sister."
