The following obit appeared in Obituaries.com and is probably from the Cleveland Plain Dealer:"Herbert Cohn, beloved husband of the late Beverly (nee Ginsburg); devoted father of Dr. Cynthia Polster (Keith) and Jeffrey Cohn (Marla); loving grandfather of Allison, Lauren and Jonathan Polster, Gabriel, Julian and Lydia Cohn; loving companion of Joy Saelzler; dear brother of Maxine Birrer and Dr. Alan Cohn (Gail); loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Services will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts., Sunday Jan. 29 at 2 p.m. Interment Bet Olam Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the Polster residence 30850 Ainsworth Dr., Pepper Pike Through Monday Evening. Contributions are suggested to the Montefiore Home Auxiliary or the Taussig Cancer Center c/o Cleveland Clinic, 9500 Euclid Ave., Cleveland 44195."

The following obit from obituaries.com is probably from the Cleveland Jewish News:"Herbert R. Cohn, certified life underwriter, general agent and manager at Prudential Insurance, died on Jan. 27. He was 76. A member of Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple, Mr. Cohn was a volunteer with Montefiore Auxiliary for ten years and managed their Posh Nosh Café. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and gardening. Born in Pittsburgh, Mr. Cohn came to Cleveland as a child and graduated from Shaw High School. He attended The Ohio State University and served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Cohn was predeceased by his wife Beverly. He is survived by daughter Cynthia Polster; son Jeffrey Cohn; six grandchildren; sister Maxine Birrer; and brother Alan of Tucson. Contributions may be made to the Montefiore Auxiliary or The Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center."
