The following obit appeared in the October 27 1978, Chicago Tribune:"Services for Jack M. Gold, 78, a Tribune circulation department employee for 30 years until his retirement, will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Niles Township Jewish Congregation, 45OO Dempster St., Skokie. Mr. Gold died Wednesday in
Weiss Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Fay; a son, Roy, three grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother."
