Will
The will is downloaded.In his will written 8 March 1817 (proved 1 July 1817), John Fuller bequeathed to his eldest son Stephen Fuller, one dollar. He bequeaths to his other four sons and his beloved wife three lots or one-quarter section of land on which he now lives. Son Thomas receives a described lot of 100 acres, sons John and Reuben also receive 100 acres, and son George receives 50 acres. His three daughters, Sally, Polly, and Laurenda, each receive 30 acres. The remainder of the estate goes to his beloved wife who is also named executrix
