John Taplin was member of the company of Capt. PeterClark, Col. Stickney’s regiment that marched from Lyndeborough in July 1777 andjoined the Northern Continental Army. John Taplin appears on the rolls of thecompany of Capt. Samuel Dearborn, regiment of Col.
